All you need to do is select the product(s) and quantities and Workbooks will create the quotation for you, including references, unit price, total price, description information, net and gross cost, tax and totals.
Having your pricing information contained within Workbooks ensures that your quotations always use the correct prices and discounts - and when the order comes in, you can use Workbooks to convert the quotation to an Invoice at the click of a mouse!
