Sales Order Processing
Workbooks Business Edition takes over from where traditional CRM systems finish, enabling you to streamline your sales order processing, by providing easy to use tools to create and manage your transaction documents. Convert your quotes into sales orders with a click of a button. Sales orders allow you to track the new business you receive each month. When you are ready you can convert your order into a sales invoice with just another click. Wookbooks Business also allows you to manage your suppliers. You can mark organisations as suppliers and track supplier pricing schemes. You can also create purchase orders and link the purchase orders to corresponding customer orders for complete visibility of your sales order process. All the transactions you create can be converted into PDF documents using a customisable template, allowing you to produce your branded documents to send to customers and suppliers.
Product Book
Workbooks CRM & Business Editions include a Product Book, allowing you to store product and pricing information for goods and services you frequently buy and sell. The product book supports different pricing schemes which can be used to manage sales promotions or different commercial terms for different customers.
Approvals
Workbooks Business Edition also includes an approvals framework. You can decide which transaction types you would like to be approved, and you can control which if your users have ‘approvals permissions’. This allows you to protect your business and ensure commercial agreements with your customers and suppliers have been approved by the right people in your organisation.
Workbooks Business can create the following types of transaction documents:
- Sales Orders.
- Supplier Purchase Orders.
- Sales Invoices.
- Credit Notes.
All the transactions created can be accessed through the Workbooks reporting engine and management dashboards, allowing you to track Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in your business such as:
- New orders each month.
- New Billings (Invoices).
- Bookings vs. Billings.
- Top Customers.
