You can mark organisations as suppliers and track supplier pricing schemes. You can also create purchase orders and link the purchase orders to corresponding customer orders for complete visibility of your sales order process. All the transactions you create can be converted into PDF documents using a customisable template, allowing you to produce your branded documents to send to customers and suppliers.

Product Book

Workbooks CRM & Business Editions include a Product Book, allowing you to store product and pricing information for goods and services you frequently buy and sell. The product book supports different pricing schemes which can be used to manage sales promotions or different commercial terms for different customers.

Approvals

Workbooks Business Edition also includes an approvals framework.
