Step 1 - Sign Up

It takes 30 seconds to complete the enrolment form here, your account will be setup and you will be sent an email with your login details.

 


Step 2 - Import Your Data

Workbooks.com has import tools that allow you to import data from your existing systems. Our import tools support the industry standard CSV format files. The majority of contact manager / CRM systems on the market can export to CSV, so it’s pretty easy to get your data into Workbooks. Alternatively if your import requirements are more complex or you need some help, we provide data migration services where we can import your data for you.


Step 3 - Configure the System

When your Workbooks account is created, it is preconfigured to work ‘out of the box’. All you need to do is some basic setup, such as setting your financial year. After that you are good to go. As you learn how to use Workbooks you can change picklists, create custom fields and generally customise the application to suit your needs. All the customisation is simple to implement, you don’t need a degree in IT. Our online help site provides details on how to configure the system and also provides training videos. Alternatively call us and our professional services team can help you define your requirements and configure your implementation for you.


Step 4 - Invite Your Users

Once you have your system configured, you can add some users. Workbooks is preconfigured with typical user groups that determine which features of the applications they get and what information they can access. If the groups aren’t quite right for your business you can easily change them. Add your users, add them to the right group and send them an invitation to use the service. The Workbooks desktop is a ‘Windows like’ interface so they will quickly recognise how to navigate around the application. You can also use ‘The Introduction to Workbooks’ training video to get them started. We also run onsite training courses.


Step 5 - You're Ready to Go!

Now your business is ready to start realizsng the value of Workbooks. Your sales and marketing teams will become more effective. Your customer services teams can use Workbooks to deliver improved support to your customers and many of your business processes can be streamlined, improving productivity and saving you money. Importantly you will now have access to your key business data in the way you need it, allowing the right people to make the right business decisions at the right time.
