Alternative Email Addresses and Dropboxes

 I have been doing some testing with Dropboxes and Person Alternative Email Addresses and so far I have found the following:

  • alt email addresses are not checked when workbooks verifies is the Person is an authorised sender to the Dropbox
  • alt email addresses are not checked when workbook tries to link an incoming email with a Person

Is the expected functionality?

Hello Mark,

It's a defect, or at the least a missing feature, that it doesn't do this (use the Alternate / Home email addresses). We have it logged and it will be addressed in a forthcoming release.

Hello Mark,

It's a defect, or at the least a missing feature, that it doesn't do this (use the Alternate / Home email addresses). We have it logged and it will be addressed in a forthcoming release.
