How do I apply a discount to an entire quotation? I don’t want to apply the discount separately to each line item as those items already have their own individual discounts, I want to apply an additional discount to the entire quotation.

You can apply a discount to the entire Quotation by adding a Line Item called Discount and entering a negative value for the amount, as shown below (click to enlarge). This approach can be used on any Transaction Document.
