How to change your browser's language settings

Workbooks Support Posted: 2016-08-25 10:57

If you use various keyboard shortcuts or key combinations like Alt + Shift + 0, you might have noticed that the format can be different for every user within Workbooks. Many users mistakenly think that this is related to their machine's Region and Language settings or Preferences within Workbooks, when in fact it's your browser's language settings.

Please see details below how to change the language settings in different browsers. If you're using the browser that's not listed below, you should still find the steps useful, because settings location should be similar in other browser too..

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Scroll down and click Show Advanced settings...

  4. Within Languages, click on the Language and input settings' button

  5. Select English (United Kingdom) or Add it to the list if not already there.

  6. Click on Display Google Chrome in this language.

  7. Click Done..
