Own Organisation Name can be changed by a local system administrator.  Start > Configuration > Accounting > Own Organisations > Open the record > Amend name > Save & Close.

NOTE: There is also another name - Account name.  This is the name Workbooks use to bill you.  This can only be changed by Workbooks staff.
