What happened to the option form customising form layouts? My database is of Organizations only, no People. However, I need to set up mailing lists. I have a Custom Field for Email in the Organization Form but the email address does not appear in the mailing list. How can I fix this?

You can customise form layouts on non-free editions of Workbooks. Free Edition customers do not not get access to this feature.
Regarding emailing Organisations the product currently expects you to use People records for this function. However this is a reasonable thing for you to require so I have raised an enhancement request for our product management team to investigate.
