Reset Numbering

External Posted: 2012-03-14 22:25

 Hi!

I know that "Once the ID number has been changed the value cannot be decreased.".

But at least I need a way to reset the DB after sandboxing... I didn't fine any delete button or reset etc...

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Sorry - that's not available in the product right now. You can create a new blank database if you want - does this help?

Yes it helps! But in the free version I can't create more than one DB at a time. And I can't even delete the only DB, I can only rename it but that doesn't help.

Ah. Using a separate email address you could sign up for a second account on a 30-day trial which would give you access to up to 5. Unfortunately the number of databases is one of the restrictions on the completely free version.

That's strange because i'm actually in trial period.

On the top of the screen i can see "Your Free initial period will expire in 8 days - renew here"

According to my records here you are on a Free Edition account.  I can change this to a 30-day Trial of either CRM or Business if you would like.

By the way, if you are using a Free Edition account you are asked to confirm it (to renew it) every so often so we know you still want it.  Free Edition accounts are not charged for. CRM and Business accounts are charged for.

If it's not a problem for you to do so, I'd like to try the CRM version. (I thought i was already trying that :(

I appreciate the "Free Version" . Maybe i'll buy the CRM version when i grow up. :) />

Hello again

The easiest way to do this is for you to click on the 'renew' link and choose to upgrade to a paid edition. Then everything just automatically works. Feel free to email me at support@workbooks.com if you need more info.

Thanks
