What rules govern the ability to delete a DRAFT invoice?

I am in the process of customizing our system and have created a few invoices at DRAFT status that I'd now like to delete. When I open one and click Delete, I get the warning pop-up asking me to confirm that I'd like to delete the record. I select "yes," the record closes, and the transaction list refreshes.

The invoice I've just deleted still appears on the list. I manually refresh the list, and the invoice still appears. I've tried this several times on a few DRAFT customer invoice records today, with the same result. I was able to delete some yesterday, so I'm not sure what has changed. Do I need to delete all the line items on an invoice before I delete it?

Thanks!
Deborah

That's interesting; I haven't heard of this before.  Please would you email me the name of the Workbooks account and tell me which invoice you cannot delete and take a look.  support@workbooks.com .  Thank you.
