Thank you for asking this question.

Although it is possible to check the appropriate Checkbox at the field level, of some fields, to make the field values findable by the general Search functionality it is not possible with Multiselect Picklists and I believe it would be more efficient to use Filters on a Landing Page to accomplish this. By doing so you will have a full list of people with one of these qualifications, whilst also being able to Save the View for future use, running Exports of the data and also have the ability to customise the columns present to have access to useful information as soon as the Filter is applied.
