Can emails be defaulted to 'Share with Workbooks'

 I am tring to find out if all emails can default to share with workbooks as out team members who are using the iphone access do not have the option to select 'share with workbooks' therefore these emails aren't being recorded.

Hi Claire,

If users are sending emails from their iPhones and want those emails to appear in workbooks they should look at setting up their workbooks dropbox.


Options within the outlook connector will only affect emails being sent from outlook and have no influence on emails being sent from elsewhere.

Please can you confirm if emails can be defaulted to 'Share with Workbooks'?

I haven't heard of the dropbox so will need to look into this.

Emails sent from outlook cannot be defaulted to sync with workbooks. This is to prevent personal or unrelated emails being shared with workbooks.

We have recently released a new version of the Workbooks Outlook Connector. Although it is still not possible to share all emails by default due to the reasons highlighed in previous posts, the latest version contains a new feature know as the "Save Correspondence Manager" which makes it easier to manage contacts and whether emails are automatically saved.
