Removing Agreements

Is there a way to remove an agreement from an organisation record? Someone has added an agreement to make an Org a customer by mistake. This throws out the Customer views and potentially report. I appreciate I can filter these out, but I'm wondering if there is another way to do it?

I've tried 'closing' the agreement but it doesn't appear to have helped.
