Unfortunately it is not currently possible for a User or an Administrator to set a default Rich Text Editor font, however, I have added this to the current enhancement addressing this with the Development team. To add weight to this enhancement, and make it more likely to come about, I would suggest raising it as an idea on our Suggestions section found within the Support area of the Workbooks Website if it has not been raised before. I’m sure that many other people in the Workbooks community will share votes with you but you may also want to request that your colleagues vote for the idea also.
