Mailing to contacts at organisations

Hi, I want to obtain a report of all our Limited Companies and Partnerships, which is obviously searched for via Organisations, but I also want to include the associations for each, which are saved in people. Is there any way of doing all this at once, rather than having to go in to the associations for each organisation separately? Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch.

Yes, this can be done from an Organisation Report, you can drill through from Organisations to their Employees, and then by adding columns such as Employees > Name, Employees > Email and so on, you can then show the relevant information for those Employees that you require.

You will also be able to add criteria to the Organisations to only show the Limited Companies and Partnerships that you are interested in within the Report.
