Hi, I've just spent a couple of hours listening to webinars and reading various documents, but I'm still not really sure.
I use Workboks for both exisiting and potential clients and keep details of the organisation, people in it (when I can find!) contact details and running notes on calls /emails etc.

You can certainly still continue using Workbooks for managing your contacts, however we are unable to provide advice on how you need to adapt your processes to comply with the changes around GDPR. We have an area on our website which talks about GDPR (https://www.workbooks.com/crm-resources/gdpr-centre) - we would recommend that you take a look there. If this area doesn't answer your questions then it may be that you need to seek legal advice.
