Unfortunately the list of relationships you have available in the free edition is fixed; we are able to extend this list however it would require us to do some work on your behalf which is chargeable and hence if this is important to you we'd need to move you from the free edition. 

Sorry it's not possible to do this in the free edition already.

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, we're too small to really justify the £38 per month when there are just 2 users. Maybe when we grow a bit more!

But in the meantime perhaps someone could edit the 'features' table comparing the products that has a tick against "Custom Fields & Pick Lists" for the free version?

Hello - note that you can create the vast majority of 'custom' things (fields, picklists etc). Relationships are a bit special though unfortunately.
