Yes, we hold everything in UTF-8, which is a web standard, so we can handle things such as French accents, Eastern European characters and so on.

When you are importing into Workbooks make sure that the data is in the right character set.  If you use something other than UTF-8 then certain foreign characters will not appear correctly in Workbooks - for example Cyrillic, Chinese or Japanese.
