With Lead Forensics, you get access to your website visitors’ contact details even if they don’t enquire and understand what they looked at on your website, and for how long.
How does the integration work?
The integration can create lead or people records within Workbooks.
For example if a visitor goes to your homepage from the BBC, Lead Forensics looks up the IP address and ties it to the BBC then creates a record, listing which pages they visited and for how long, Lead Forensics then pulls in further information typically including company address and phone number.
This record can then be automatically pushed into Workbooks as either a person or lead record and is updated if and when the prospect revisits the site.
Essentially the Lead Forensics integration enables you to see the business information and website visitor details that is visible from within your Lead Forensics portal, from inside your Workbooks CRM system.
