At the moment we're using Google Spreadsheets and Google Calendar for monthly timesheet and accounting/billing for clients.
It's a little clunky to set up for new clients, but using our current solution, we can see usage and scheduling.
Our spreadsheet logs total monthly/yearly hours allowed, overtime and we have front page worksheet showing each month and it's useage/over-useage.
We also have the ability using GAPE to share this with a client and provide reporting.
Could this be implemented reliably and simply in Workbooks?
How would you recommend this was best managed?

This is something we are looking at at the moment and I would expect to be a focus in the engineering team shortly. You can do parts of what you are looking to do already with Workbooks but we can improve the product in this area. If you would like to have input into our requirements please feel free to email email@example.com with your ideas or post them here or as ideas at http://ideas.workbooks.com
