Does anyone know if it's possible to re-order line items once entered? At the moment we are having to delete and then re-enter all line items if something changes and this is pretty inconvenient.

Yes, you can switch on the Display Order column in the Line Item grid. When you first switch it on you'll see that all Line Items have been given the same 'weighting' and thus appear in the order in which you've added them. You can enter a negative number to move the Line Item higher up the list or a positive number to move it to lower down in the list. The changes will take effect when you click Save.

In the next release we have changed the native behaviour of Workbooks to make the process of reordering Line Items easier for our Customers. We are waiting to release an update to our Help page on Line items which will be released at the time of the release.
To summarise, there will now be default values given to the Display Order column. The First Line item added will have a value of 10, the second 20, and so on. This means the Line Items will always appear in the order they are entered until changes are made. Another addition is that all 0 value Display Order columns will appear at the bottom of the list but negative numbers will still appear above positive numbers.
