Are the customer records themselves individual contracts with 1-9 products on each of them, or will these be up to nine separate contracts per customer that will need to be linked to another record such as a Person?

You will need to import the product information into the system first and then import the Contracts and extend the Import to the Line Items, we do have a Forum Post that will talk you through how to do this.

If you are able to provide us with more information on the Import I will be happy to provide you with more detailed steps on how to do this.
