Custom Field not displaying data

Custom Field is not displaying data in the People view. I created a multi-text to stored comments on the People object, but the information is not display and not searchable.

Hi Gregory, Unfortunately it is not possible to add Multi-line Text fields to Landing Page Views as columns as it can only show a single line of data in this view. If you wanted this information to be searchable you would need to either recreate the field as a Text Field, or alternatively build a Report where you can show Multi-line Text Fields and add a filter to the Report instead of the Landing Page. What is the character limit of a text field?
