Prospects in Organizations

We need a filter or a column titled “Lost Prospect” so we can see which organizations are not prospects for now, but we need them in this category so we can follow up later on. We tried through Configuration but all our efforts failed. What do you suggest?

Thank you for your query.

The most basic way to achieve this would be to create a Custom Checkbox Field and name it "Lost Prospect?" or something along those lines. To do this you must go to Start --> Configuration --> Customisation --> Record Types --> Organisations --> Fields Tab --> New Custom Field --> Checkbox --> Once this is done give the Field a name and it should become available. 

You can then use this Field as a Filter on the Organisations Landing Page to see who does/doesn't meet this criteria.
