Hi Dave,

The reason for this is most likely you have clicked the pin icon - as shown in the top right hand corner of the image below.

Clicking this icon 'pins' the page to your Workbooks desktop, meaning that whatever page has been pinned will automatically open upon loading Workbooks.

You can 'un-pin' the organisation simply by opening up the pinned organisation's record and clicking on the pin icon again.

If you do this, the next time you open Workbooks the organisations record will not open up automatically.
