Hi Tom, 

I would recommend ensuring that everything you are using is up to date. For example, check that your PCs are running the latest version of Windows, and your browser is on the latest release.

It is recommended by Sage that you make sure that your PCs have at least 2GB of RAM and at least 5GB of disk space. 

As for your Internet, as long as you have a reasonably fast, stable connection, Workbooks should run well.
