Hi Gregory, Unfortunately, I was unable to recreate this behaviour and from on the My People view was able to show the Custom Currency View as an additional column. Can you please let me know if you are still unable to add the column to view? Kind Regards, Sam |

The issue is with the People view associated with the Organisation record. Follow the steps below At this point, I am not able to add the custom field to the view |

Hi Gregory, Unfortunately, Custom Fields on a Person Record are not available in this view. If you wanted to add additional fields here you will need to create a Custom Field on the Party Relationship itself (Start > Configuration > Customisation > Record Types > Party Relationships). Let me know if you have any questions regarding this. Sam |

Hi Janet, Thanks for your query. Unfortunately, as my colleague Sam stated above, you can't display custom Person fields on the Person tab of an Organisation. You would need to use a Report Tab, which should be fairly straightforward to set up using the following Knowledge Base page on Report-based custom fields. You would need to create a new Report on People, ensuring you add your custom field. Then, set up a new custom field on Organisations which will display the contents of this Report. You will need to make sure that 'Show as Tabs' is ticked, and then you should be able to see a new tab appear on organisations with any information that you pulled into the Report - as a minimum, I would recommend adding the Person Name, Reference and Position, but feel free to add as many columns as you like. More information on creating Reports is available here. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about this. Kind Regards, Sam |

Thank you for the prompt feedback Sam, I will give that a go. The custom fields apear in activities from that tab inside organisations. Is there a reason this can't also be the case for people? |
