Workbooks Training

Workbooks has been designed to be easy to set up and intuitive to use and the feedback we get from our customers supports this. However, like anything, it's only easy when you know how, which is why we provide an extensive range of training and support mechanisms.

Each different approach is designed to suit different users' learning styles, helping you to boost the adoption and success of your Workbooks implementation by getting your users up-to-speed quickly.

Going Solo 

For those of you who prefer complete independence, you can set up your database(s) yourself, using the ‘System Administrator’ and ‘Getting Started’ sections of our Help website for guidance, together with the training videos that illustrate how best to use different areas of the service.

Generic Training

Alternatively, we can arrange to deliver 'generic' training to your users, covering the standard functionality offered by Workbooks. This is available to cover either Workbooks CRM or Business Editions and can be delivered either at your premises or at ours in Reading.

Train the Trainer

Additionally, we can deliver 'Train the Trainer' training to a small group of key users who can then provide internal support to their wider user-base. This training would focus on administrative and core Workbooks capabilities, giving your power users the knowledge needed to be self-sufficient in designing and configuring your system and help in transferring knowledge to internal users.

Bespoke Training

If you prefer, we can provide high-quality onsite training to your users, which can be tailored to accommodate ‘non-standard’ implementations, including the provision of customised training manuals, where required. In-house training is a great way to ensure your whole team has been given the skills required to utilise key areas of the system needed to perform their job role effectively. In-house training additionally helps people to understand how their input is utilised by their colleagues.
