An extremely usable product, I found Workbooks to be a great all rounder. Providing a feature rich interface which does the core of what other CRM’s products do, and in some cases that little bit better.
If you need to manage all your sales, marketing and customer relations using one system, Workbooks is a great option. The short learning curve, the number of features and third-party integration with Google AdWords and Outlook are huge plusses for Workbooks compared to other CRM solutions.
We’ve been able to significantly reduce the amount of documentation and people needed to manage specific duties, such as composing quotes or tracking the progress of marketing campaigns. I fully support Workbooks CRM, and it has enhanced the effectiveness of our processes.
Workbooks scores highly over traditional CRM solutions as it provides complete visibility of all sales related processes from an innovatively designed and intuitive web portal. It is remarkably easy to use, integrates seamlessly with many other business applications and its low monthly subscription fees make it an ideal solution for smaller businesses.
“Workbooks is a complete CRM solution, specifically targeted at SMEs. The major advantage compared to other packages is that the price is a much better fi t for the smaller and medium sized entrepreneur, and that functionality transcends the competition. Workbooks comes with extensive support and a good and intuitive interface that you can customise.”
Similar integration is feasible within the SFDC platform but not easy to do so, and is more expensive as compared to Workbooks.com... They have direct integrations and 40+ connectors such as into Google Apps, Sage and QuickBooks... We like their "broader" view of CRM as so many back office processes affect the customer relationship.
