An extremely usable product, I found Workbooks to be a great all rounder. Providing a feature rich interface which does the core of what other CRM’s products do, and in some cases that little bit better.

Similar integration is feasible within the SFDC platform but not easy to do so, and is more expensive as compared to Workbooks.com... They have direct integrations and 40+ connectors such as into Google Apps, Sage and QuickBooks... We like their "broader" view of CRM as so many back office processes affect the customer relationship.
