Digital Marketing & Website Manager

Workbooks is looking to recruit an exceptional Digital Marketing and Website Manager to join the marketing team. You'll be developing the company’s website and digital strategy to help increase traffic, build engagement and drive conversion. You'll be technically minded, have a passion for marketing and innovation to keep the business up-to-date with best practices and opportunities to ensure a leading online presence.

 

Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing & Retail

Workbooks is looking to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their growing sales team. This role requires confident and professional engagement with C and Director-level contacts within the Manufacturing, Retail mid-market segment (typically client’s turnover between £10m and £250m) within UK and Europe.You must be able to garner a good understanding of customer business challenges, and clearly articulate the benefits of our web-based CRM and Business applications. You'll be responsible for running your business with a direct and virtual team and take ownership of end-to-end revenue.

Customer Support Analyst

We are looking for a team player who is willing to go the extra mile as part of the Customer Support Team. As a Support Analyst, you will be answering customers support enquiries, managing support cases and working with development and operations teams to improve the quality of customer services and products. You’ll provide excellent support to internal and external customers, for Workbooks, CommuniGator and other systems and ensure customer issues are processed and resolved in a timely manner.
