Looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic customer support analyst to join our team.  As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive high quality customer support and maximise the value they derive from our “cloud” solutions.  Day to day activities include answering customers support enquiries, managing support cases and working with our development and operations teams to improve the quality of our customer services and our products.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented New Business Development Representative to join our growing business. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities for the business, qualifying leads, profiling and developing prospects to a point where they are sales-ready. Our BDRs are responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and lead management, for triaging and qualifying inbound leads, as well as supporting the field sales team.

Field Marketing Manager [.docx]

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Field Marketing Manager to join our growing business. You will manage all marketing activities to drive leads and pipeline and support business growth. You will be accountable for every aspect of a campaign lifecycle, including planning and scheduling, content, execution, lead management and reporting.  By closely working with key stakeholders across the business, you will lead the creation of an integrated marketing strategy that includes identifying targets, messages, and tactics to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth and align with sales objectives. The Field Marketing Manager will evaluate overall performance and closely monitor pipeline impact.
