FREE VERSION

We offer a FREE version of Workbooks CRM for up to 2 users. Core functionality – except Automation and Customisable layouts – is included in the FREE Edition. Support is only provided via the Workbooks online Forum. Workbooks Extensions and Modules are not available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes to a degree. Unlike larger vendors like Salesforce we don’t insist that all users have the same edition of Workbooks.  You can therefore have some users with the CRM Edition and some with the Business Edition. In this example, users with the CRM edition just won’t be able to see or access records like orders and invoices from the database.

Add-ons such as the Audit extension or the Multi-currency extension need to purchased for all users. Some add-ons like the Outlook Connector and contracts need only to be purchased for users that require that additional functionality.

We provide modular pricing so that clients only pay for the features they need and use. If for example you don’t want multi-currency capability, you don’t need to pay for it.

If you do want the majority of the extensions, you can purchase the PRO Editions which allow you to purchase all extensions at a lower price.

You need to understand which of your users need access to which records in Workbooks. Only the Business edition includes Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Contracts and Supplier Purchase Orders.

So if any of your users need to create, view or edit these record types you will need the Business edition. The only exception is the Contract records that can be added to a CRM edition as a standalone Module.

The difference between the standard Editions and the PRO Editions is that the Pro editions include all the Extensions (and Contract Records). If you purchase the standard Editions you need to pay separately for each Extension.

Each Workbooks database contains 10GB of storage. If you use more than 10GB you will need to upgrade your storage allowance.

Workbooks includes 5 databases within each account at no extra cost. This allows you to run a production database and 4 additional databases for testing and development purposes. Each additional database environment will eat into your storage allowance so ensure you have enough storage to support your needs.

The API is also available at no extra cost for all editions of Workbooks except the FREE edition.

Our standard consulting rate of $1,400 per day or $825 for ½ a day.
