An established provider of energy and CO2 efficient heating and ventilation solutions, SAV Systems had forecast a rapid period of growth and needed to replace its existing, outdated CRM in order to support the business.
The objective was clear, to improve decision making and customer service with a more connected single view of the customer, record and track prospects and gain market insights. With 60 users across 4 sites a cloud-based system was also critical.
In the 4 years since implementation SAV Systems has grown its turnover from £7m to £25m, naming Workbooks as a business critical tool.
