29 November 2010 – Reading UK – Workbooks.com, the fastest growing provider of web-based CRM and Business Applications in the UK, today announced that the Chartered Accountants’ Benevolent Association (CABA) has successfully implemented Workbooks CRM to help them manage client engagements and streamline business processes.
CABA supports current and former ICAEW members in need of financial support, counselling, advice or information. The charity also provides stress management and wellbeing training and a 24 hour helping. Natalie Worth, Head of Finance and Administration, explained “we were looking for a system to help us better manage the inbound requests for help we receive. Prior to Workbooks we used a number of different systems. We were looking for something that would streamline our processes, remove duplication, improve reporting and enable us to respond more quickly to client requests”.
Workbooks.com was selected after an in depth tendering process, involving 21 specialist and generalist CRM vendors, and was eventually selected by CABA for its flexibility and ease of use.
Natalie Worth continued “The Workbooks team helped us with the implementation and we have been very pleased with the outcome. Now all our information is in one system and as a result we have a lot less data duplication, quicker and simpler processes and much better management information. On the whole, we are able to offer an improved service to Accountants now we are using Workbooks CRM”.
