Coeliac UK, the leading charity working for people with coeliac disease has chosen Workbooks.com‘s cloud based CRM solution as its new membership management system.
Coeliac UK supports a growing number of members; providing advice and guidance on living with coeliac disease. The Charity also works with the food and drinks industry, healthcare professionals and government bodies to improve the awareness of the condition.
Brendan Harris, IT Director at Coeliac UK commented, “Our existing membership management system – Integra from Iris Software –Â was no longer meeting our requirements, so we started looking for a new platform which could help us manage our members, but also support the broader activities of the Charity.”

It was also important that the new solution could provide the right management KPIs enabling us to make the right decisions for the Charity.”
