DFK International Selects Workbooks CRM for Global Membership Management

DFK International, an international association of independent accounting firms and business advisers, has selected Workbooks CRM to transform its membership management and improve member communication.

DFK International is a top 10 international association of independent accounting firms and business advisers whose members have been meeting the needs of clients with interests in more than one country for 50 years. The Workbooks CRM tools will enable DFK International to increase its efficiency and responsiveness to members, whilst the Workbooks web-portal will facilitate better member interaction by providing DFK’s members with an online ‘self-service’ portal through which they can update their own records.

Martin Sharp, Executive Director at DFK International, commented, “Our spreadsheet-based membership management system was resulting in duplication of effort, internal confusion, a less than satisfactory service to our members, and was severely limiting our ability to deliver improved services, so we had to either address the issue or start employing more head-office staff. After reviewing suitable membership management and CRM systems, we shortlisted NetSuite and Workbooks, and selected Workbooks as we felt it was important to deal directly with the vendor to ensure a stress-free and successful implementation.”
