Garbutt & Elliott LLP, a leading UK accountancy firm based in Leeds and York, has elected to introduce Wolters Kluwer’s CCH CRM (www.cch.co.uk) powered by Workbooks (www.workbooks.com) into its whole practice.
The decision was made after an extensive CRM market evaluation helped by external specialist consultants. The CRM system will be rolled out across its business to partners, marketing and administration staff to bring together a coherent and progressive approach to attracting new clients to the firm.
Russell Turner, Managing Partner at Garbutt & Elliot, says: “We put a number of CRM systems through their paces and after a great deal of diligence chose Wolters Kluwer’s CCH CRM powered by Workbooks. The reasons are its flexibility, ease-of-use interface and capability to provide full integration with CCH Central practice management software that we utilise in the business.
“We see great value in bringing dedicated CRM software to our practice. It will enable us to maximise our growth plans, and allow better staff communication and the recording of information on prospective clients, as we do already with existing clients.”
Simon Crompton, Executive Director of Wolters Kluwer UK and MD of CCH Software, adds: “As we near the completion of our full CCH Central and Workbooks CRM integration we expect to see more practices signing up to CCH CRM, based on the very positive feedback customers have said it brings to their businesses. We are already speaking to a number of forward-thinking firms and we are pleased that Garbutt & Elliott is one of these leading the way.”
Ian Moyse, Sales Director at Workbooks, says: “We are happy to be selected by another leading accountancy practice. The combination of CCH Central and Workbooks CRM gives customers a powerful way to manage existing and prospective clients and to coordinate their marketing across both audiences.”
