activereach, a High Wycombe based specialist network integrator has chosen to migrate from its multi-year use of Salesforce CRM to British CRM provider Workbooks.com.
Raza Rizvi, Director of activereach Ltd commented “Having been Salesforce users for the last 4 years, we were prompted to review our choice by the frustration of finding that features we needed were always in the next edition upwards from the one we had, with a hefty price tag for upgrading. We were sceptical about moving from such a large brand name, but having reviewed Workbooks CRM service and pricing we were convinced that it had the right approach and feature set for us. We will gain a huge increase in functionality and cohesion within our business including integration with our Xero accounting package.”
Workbooks has seen a consistent number of customers both moving to its service from Salesforce as well as choosing it in comparison to Salesforce in competitive trials. Customers making this move include DalyCBM and Global Transport Forum.
Sales Director at Workbooks, Ian Moyse commented, “Customers have often chosen Salesforce from the brand perspective and find later that the costs of license and configuration are often far more than expected. We are typically 1/4 to 1/3rd of the cost, host all customer data in the UK and users find our system more intuitive to use, aiding adoption in the business.”
Workbooks, recently the only CRM vendor to be in the finalists of the global CRM Idol contest for 2 years running, has just been announced as a finalist in 3 separate categories in the Network Computing Awards 2013.
Network Computing Magazine stated “Traditional SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, typically aimed at enterprises, can be prohibitively expensive, focusing primarily on sales, marketing and customer services. UK-based Workbooks.com is redefining CRM for small businesses and stands out for a number of reasons. Workbooks Business Edition has been designed for SMEs and its scope includes many features that are not currently available in similar higher end offerings.”
