Cloud computing hosted desktop provider Nasstar PLC has selected Workbooks CRM to underpin its customer operations.
Nasstar, a London Stock Exchange company, provides Hosted Exchange and Hosted Desktop Services to business of all sizes. It is also a Microsoft Gold partner. Nasstar opted for Workbooks because of its easy-to-use interface, ease of configuration and track record of customer adoption and success. In the recent G2 Crowd CRM Report Workbooks scored best for ease of deployment and user adoption rates and was the highest rated of all CRMs in 93% of categories.
Charles Black, CEO of Nasstar, commented: “We found Workbooks the most usable and affordable cloud CRM to meet our needs. As a cloud provider, we chose Workbooks on the strength of the reliability and security they provide their customers. We also found Workbooks to be highly competitively priced compared with equivalent brand name CRMs yet with absolutely no compromises to the needs of our business.”
Nasstar is one of many cloud providers who have selected Workbooks to provide their Cloud CRM, from cloud hosting firms to cloud vendors, validating the strength of the Workbooks cloud offering.
Ian Moyse, Sales Director at Workbooks, commented: “Continued selection of Workbooks by cloud providers adds validation to our credibility and the quality we deliver. We now have won CRM Product of the Year 2013, been highly rated in all 4 Gleanster CRM report categories and were highest rated of all CRMs in the G2 Crowd categories. Nasstar’s selection as an ISO and quality cloud provider further validates the quality of cloud services we provide at a far more affordable level for the average firm.”
Charles Black added: “The team at Workbooks have all been highly professional from start to finish and we believe offer a stronger CRM solution for businesses of our size than the large brand name vendors who focus on Enterprise size clients. Workbooks is big enough to deliver and support an excellent service, but small enough to care and deliver personal attention.”
Nasstar provides Hosted Desktop, a cloud computing service that enables subscribers to access their desktop, applications and data in the cloud rather than using local hard drives. Hosted Desktop is a highly scalable service that provides benefits including anywhere access to computing, a standardised corporate desktop solution that can be accessed globally and in multiple languages and cost savings when compared to the traditional IT ownership model, replacing capital expenditure with a simple usage based payment model.
Nasstar was founded in 1998 by Charles Black. Nasstar PLC was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market in December 2005 (AIM: NASA).
