Reading, England, 17th January 2014
Workbooks.com today announced that its CRM system has been shortlisted for CRM Product of the Year 2014 in the Network Computing Awards for the second year running.
Workbooks is one of only eight other vendors to be shortlisted for this award, only four of which were shortlisted in the category last year when Workbooks won the award, as a result of customer nominations.
The Network Computing Awards have been running since 2007 and were set up to recognise the IT solutions and the companies helping organisations function better by getting the most out of their networks.
Workbooks’ Sales Director, Ian Moyse, has also been shortlisted for the Contribution to IT Award, a category in which he was runner up in last years’ awards.
John Cheney, CEO of Workbooks, commented, “We are pleased to be shortlisted yet again in a very competitive market sector and to be supported by our customers. We are committed to continually improving and enhancing our product, and delivering successful CRM implementations to our customers.”
Workbooks enjoyed continued growth throughout 2013 to both its customer base and staff. Workbooks was also recently voted as a High Performer in G2 Crowd CRM Analysis and received high ratings in the Gleanster 2014 Report on CRM.
