Reading, England, 29th November 2013
Workbooks.com, a leading provider of could-based CRM and Business applications, today announced that it was named as one of three finalists for the 2013 UP-START Cloud Award in the category of Best CRM Solution.
The UP-START Awards are now established in the cloud community as the de-facto recognition platform to cultivate the understanding, appreciation and advancement of the contribution of cloud computing to the business and technology community. The finalists were selected by cloud industry experts during a 2-stage open vote and will go on to present their solutions to attendees of the UP Cloud Computing Conference in Santa Clara on December 3, 2013, where the final round of voting will commence. The winner will be announced after on-site attendees vote for the Best CRM Solution, measured by technical innovation, marketability and likelihood to be a market leader.
Ian Moyse, Sales Director at Workbooks, commented: “We are really pleased to have been shortlisted in the CRM category for these awards for the second year running. Over the last year, we have enjoyed significant recognition and market validation in numerous awards, reviews and analyst reports. Workbooks was named CRM Product of the Year 2013 at the Network Computing Awards, is the only CRM vendor to win a 2013 TMC Cloud computing Excellence Award, and has been recognised as a High Performer in the CRM Grid by G2 Crowd.”
Ian continued: “We have found more and more customers moving to Workbooks CRM due to the breadth of functionality available, the reasonable costs (coming in at around 50% cheaper than larger enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics), and the quality of service and customer support that we deliver.”
