Workbooks Exchange Server Sync
The Workbooks Exchange Server Sync (WESS) service runs regularly in the background to automatically synchronise contacts, emails, tasks and meetings from between your email server and Workbooks which allows staff to track and log appointments and correspondence within Workbooks.
The WESS service also comes with an Outlook Add-in which allows you to gain greater control over the synchronisation of records between Workbooks and Outlook. It provides a complete solution for managing the synchronisation of records including Emails, People and Tasks between the two systems.
Using the Add-in Users can create and update Workbooks records within Outlook, these will then be immediately available within Workbooks and accessible for all other Users. It is much also often much more convenient, by avoiding the need to switch between Outlook and Workbooks and by using data taken from an email currently being displayed in Outlook.
