A sales Opportunity is a potential or pending sale. Workbooks helps you to record your Opportunities which enables you to track and analyse your sales pipeline. Using Opportunities you can:

- Track and analyse your sales pipeline.
- Record the likely Close Date for your Opportunity.
- Track the Opportunity's progress through your sales cycle.
