Introduction to Opportunities

A sales Opportunity is a potential or pending sale. Workbooks helps you to record your Opportunities which enables you to track and analyse your sales pipeline.  Using Opportunities you can:


Create Opportunity records to track your potential sales and ensure you keep in touch with prospective customers.

  • Track and analyse your sales pipeline.
  • Record the likely Close Date for your Opportunity.
  • Track the Opportunity's progress through your sales cycle.
  • Identify the key people involved in the deal and what they think of your products/services.
  • Record who your competitors in a deal are.
