Sign In Customisation

An overview of how to customise your login screen to show your own branding via your domain.

You can customise your login screen to show your own branding via your own domain (e.g. wb.workbooks.com) or the main URL (secure.workbooks.com). This customisation is available via Start > Configuration > Customisation > Sign In, where administrators can preview and configure the page.

Customisation Options

  • Images:
    • Background image
    • Logo (with configurable URL link and alt text)
    • Favicon and Apple touch icon
  • Text Content:
    • Headline title and subtitle
  • Authentication Options:
    • Available options align with settings in the Authentication Policies window, which allows omitting any OAuth choices and the username/password login (including the “Forgot Password” link).

When accessing the login through the main URL, the default login form is displayed. However, if accessed via the your unique domain, only the configured elements and allowed authentication options will appear.

Within the Authentication Policies button at the top of the page,  you will be able to define how your users can authenticate with Workbooks. For more information please see Configuring Security Policies.

Tip

We recommend you bookmark your domain specific URL to always see your own Workbooks Sign-In page.
