Force24
The Workbooks and Force24 integration brings your marketing and CRM activity together in one place. With a Force24 interface available directly within your Workbooks database and a single sign-on, you can:
- Manage and segment your data
- Review campaign performance in real time
- Report on results without switching between systems
The Force24 UI also provides access to a built-in live chat feature where you can get expert guidance on marketing related questions without leaving the Journey builder or Campaign setup.
Licenses Required: As a minimum; a ‘Force24 base license’, which includes:
– 10,000 Contacts
– 72,000 Sends per annum
– 3 Main Force24 Users

Introduction
Force24 is a powerful marketing automation platform that helps you engage your audience and drive better results from your campaigns. It includes tools for data segmentation, campaign creation, and customer journey management, all in one place.
When integrated with Workbooks, Force24 connects your marketing activity with your CRM data. This gives your wider team clear visibility into how prospects and customers are interacting with your business, helping you make more informed decisions and build stronger relationships.

Onboarding
After signing up for Force24, you’ll enter an onboarding process led by a Workbooks engagement manager who’ll liaise closely with you, Force24 and Workbooks Support.
Force24 will cover:
- Initial Setup
- Platform overview and training
- Cover Force24 Onboarding process
Workbooks Support will discuss the following:
- Identifying your master user
- Confirming which users need marketing access in Force24
- Defining which People records should sync to Force24
- Mapping fields from Workbooks to Force24 (currently limited to Person record fields, with guidance provided if additional data is required)
- Setting up Lead Scoring on People and Sales Leads to track engagement with email and web activity, and support automation such as Opportunity creation. More information can be found on Lead Scoring here – How to edit Lead Scoring Values.
- Choosing a ‘Notify’ user for system alerts
- Deciding which activity data should sync back into Workbooks as Online Activity
- Providing a generic email address for the default user login (this must be active for authentication)
- Reviewing data quality, including duplicates and undeliverable records, and whether any cleanup is needed before syncing begins
Support - Who to contact and when
Force24 provide first line support and expert marketing guidance on campaign setup, delivery, advice, and general marketing-related questions. You can contact them by emailing support@force24.co.uk or the live chat feature within the Force24 UI in your Workbooks database.
Workbooks manages the integration between the two platforms. This allows us to directly investigate and resolve any issues related to how data syncs between Workbooks and Force24. Cases can be raised by an authorized Support Contact via the Workbooks Case Portal.
