Remove Outreach Account

How to remove an Outreach account from Workbooks

NOTE: This integration is currently in BETA only and not available on the Script Library at this time. The functionality on these pages may change without warning. Please contact us if you would like to be involved in testing this integration.

After authorising an account, clicking the Outreach menu option will display details about the authenticated Outreach account. The information is read-only and includes:

  • Database Name: The Workbooks database name that was authorised to use this account. This may be wrong if using a copied database.
  • Outreach Instance URL: This URL is where your Outreach instance is hosted
  • Authorised Outreach Scopes: This is a list of authorised permissions that were agreed to when the Outreach account was added to Workbooks
  • Access Token: This is the current token stored in Workbooks and used for API calls by the integration to authenticate. It expires after 1 hour and automatically refreshes.

Click “Revoke Access” to remove the token from Workbooks. The Plugin also removes any Webhooks created in Outreach that are linked to this Workbooks instance to stop Outreach records syncing back to Workbooks. You will need to re-authenticate an account again to enable the sync.
