Failed Mail Sync Provisioning. Please try again in 5 minutes.

When initiating a Mail Sync sync on a database for the first time, an account will then start to provision with our Mail Sync partner. In the event of a failed provisioning the following text will appear:

 

“The previous attempt to connect this database to the Workbooks Mail Sync Service failed. If this error occurs again after retrying, please contact support.”

If this happens, please return back to the Mail Sync configuration page. The ‘Start’ button should now display as a ‘Retry’ button. Please click retry and the provisioning should run successfully. If it fails again, please raise a Case with Workbooks Support via the Case Portal for further investigation.
