In this part of the Configuration area you can:

  • Control whether or not emails from within your database are sent via the Workbooks or your own server (we recommend the latter);
  • Set up forms for use on your website which can be used to auto-populate Lead and/or Case records within Workbooks;
  • Modify the layout of the form that your prospects/customers see when modifying which (if any) mailing lists they're subscribed to.
