Within the Users & Security area of the Configuration Landing Page you can:

• Create Users and allocate them to Groups;
• Specify which licences are allocated to each User;
• Specify the IP addresses from which Users can login;
• Control which Own Organisation(s) Users belong to;
• Grant Capabilities to Groups so your Users have access to the relevant areas of your database;
• Manage Permissions to control which Users can access which records;
• Control the rigour of your Password Policy;
• Create copies of your Database for test/training purposes;
• View your Organisation's allocated licences;
• Control which modules within your Database are activated.
