Within the Users & Security area of the Configuration Landing Page you can:
- Create Users and allocate them to Groups;
- Specify which licences are allocated to each User;
- Specify the IP addresses from which Users can login;
- Control which Own Organisation(s) Users belong to;
- Grant Capabilities to Groups so your Users have access to the relevant areas of your database;
- Manage Permissions to control which Users can access which records;
- Control the rigour of your Password Policy;
- Create copies of your Database for test/training purposes;
- View your Organisation's allocated licences;
- Control which modules within your Database are activated.
