Adding Users to an Existing Queue

How do I add a user to an existing queue?

Queues are managed from the Landing Page of the various different record types, for example, Case Queues are managed in Start > Cases > Manage Queues on the left-hand menu.

Click on the Queue you want to modify and click on Subscribe Users, which allows you to add users to that Queue.
